Secretariat Overview

The Secretariat of the Zambia National Laboratory Association (ZNLA) serves as the administrative and coordination hub. It supports the Executive Committee, members, partners, and stakeholders in the delivery of ZNLA’s mandate, and acts as the primary point of contact for official communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administration of membership applications and records
  • Coordination of training programs, workshops, and events
  • Management of Proficiency Testing (PT) and Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) coordination support
  • Handling official correspondence and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting governance activities, including Executive Committee meetings and the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
  • Maintaining ZNLA records, documentation, and archives
  • Coordinating partnerships with national, regional, and international institutions
  • Managing communication, announcements, and member updates
